Also N.3471/2006 (as amened by laws N.3783/2009, N.3917/2001 and N.4070/2012) for the protection of personal data in electronic communications follows the rationale of Directive 2006/24/EC as amened. Law N.3783/2009 is also important providing for the rules applied in the indentification procedure of mobile phone and equipment users.
